For CCECA members there is an easy solution: levelized billing. Members can take the guesswork out of how much to budget for their electric bill each month by signing up for this simple and easy billing plan. The Levelized billing is designed to keep your electric bill affordable every month of the year.
The current number of kWh used is averaged in with the last twelve (12) months. The bill is then figured according to our base rate and current PCRF (Power Cost Recovery Factor) on that average number of kWh. The amount will change every month according to the current usage. It's that simple.
The levelized billing plan is available for residential members of CCECA who have a zero balance.
